I actually don't mind the dark wood, but if you do paint, I would suggest a pink or yellow!!!!! Love the bird and chicks:)
Soooo cute! I love the baby sign you made! And I agree with Amanda about the rocking chair: it looks good, but yellow was the first colour that came to mind when I was thinking about colours for it.
